“First time to MedHero and I was so impressed!

Our daughter is a PA on the East Coast and when I told her issues I was having with my foot last Sunday, she recommended that I go to an urgent care facility that day that does x-rays on-site. She did a bit of research and told me MedHero San Clemente was the place.

I thought I'd be wasting most of a Sunday, but was able to book a 10:30am appointment online and watch my space in line. I showed up at 10:22am, finished checking in (had done 95% online in advance) had my vitals taken by 10:30am and was seen by the PA soon after.

In less than an hour, I had x-rays taken, fully assessed and prescription sent in. I was back to good as new within a few days! Jessica Pflibsen, PA-C and the technician (sorry - very nice, but forgot her name) who did my vitals, x-rays and started the appointment were both awesome!

Hopefully I won't have any urgent needs in the near future, but if I do I'll be glad to know MedHero is available to help!”
